International Shipping

At Chocolate Electronics our international customers are very important to us. Not only do we pack our shipments securely in a box to withstand the long journey around the world, we will work with you from start to finish to ensure your shipment arrives safely and to your satisfaction. All shipments are fully insured in case of loss or damage.

We can read only Japanese and English, so please enter the information necessary for delivery (name, address etc)in English.


Processing Times

We will ship within 5 business days at the latest.
If there is no stock, we will contact you.


Delivery

We ship EMS(Express Mail Service by JapanPost) for most items.
It will reach most countries all over the world in a few days.
You can check delivery days from EMS page.
Please choose "Chiba" prefecture and your country.
Although it is possible to deliver to most countries, it may be impossible to deliver to some countries, so please check with the EMS page.


Shipping Fee

Free shipping on orders over $ 100.
If the total purchase price is less than $ 100, the shipping fee is $ 30.

International shipping prices and shipping costs do not include VAT or other import taxes which may vary from country to country.
Taxes/customs and import fees are charged by your country, Chocolate Electronics has no influence over these charges.
Buyer is responsible for all import taxes and duty fees.


Return Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We offer a 14-day return policy on all new pedals. We ask that you please return the product in the original product packaging along with all included materials (manual, warranty card, all accessories) and in the original condition that it was received.
We must receive the merchandise within 14 days of delivery to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Return form must be completed and included. Buyer pays all shipping costs. Shipping is non-refundable. Accessories, used, B-Stock, open box, and discontinued items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
